A two-component, moisture-cured, zinc-rich primer for the interior and exterior of steel potable water tanks. Provides outstanding long-term corrosion resistance when used as a primer in conjunction with other Tnemec potable water tank coatings. It cures quickly and can be topcoated the same day at surface temperatures down to 35°F (2°C). Series 91-H2O has no maximum recoat time, making it ideally suited as a primer for both sides of plate steel surfaces in water tank fabrication shops. Application methods include “dry-fall” under certain conditions (see Application). Note: When used in conjunction with cathodic protection, anodes or impressed current systems should not provide current demand more negative than –1.05 volts relative to a copper–copper sulfate reference electrode half-cell.

Series 108 ProBond is a thin-film, low-stress, epoxy designed to adhere to a multitude of substrates, including old finishes, and is frequently used as an overcoating primer. Series 108 is solvent-free and is applied at a low film thickness to reduce stress and weight on old tightly adhered coatings creating a foundation to accept high-performance epoxy and polyurethane finishes. Also used, when specified, as the primer under Lavacrete polymer concrete epoxy toppings. NOT FOR IMMERSION SERVICE. Formerly Series 3600 ProBond. Resistant to very high temperature service and extremely corrosive environments, this coating is used as the base product for many reinforced applications due to the versatility provided from the product being supplied as "neat" or non-pigmented. Series 1418 is the recommended selection for use in the most chemically demanding environments, such as, wet or dry FGD scrubbers, ductwork and slurry tanks operating in elevated temperature conditions. Use with specialty mortar powders, to embed glass mats, as a saturant coat or as a pigmented self-leveling finish coat. Series 1418 was formally ProPolymer 4847HT.
