Ceramic-Modified Waterborne Aliphatic Polyurethane
Low odor, fast dry, low VOC, waterborne polyurethane coating for wall and floor applications. Provides enhanced abrasion resistance, stain resistance and color stability. This user friendly product has easy application and clean-up characteristics and may be applied over a properly prepared aged coating (test patch is recommended for compatibility). Note: Two coats are required over Series 201 and 208 primer to ensure proper hide and coverage. Certain products listed above may be suitable for use as intermediate coats. Contact your Tnemec Representative for complete system recommendations. When applying Series 297 over a broadcast or mortar system, an epoxy grout coat is required.
CMU: Series 130, 154, 156, 218, 1254. Intermediate coat required (any of the above).
Drywall: Series 27WB, 151, 154, 280, 280FC, 287, 1224.
Steel: Series 27, 27WB, 66, L69, L69F, N69, N69F, V69, V69F, 104, 161, 287, 1224.

Note: A minimum recoat of 24 hours at 75°F (24°C) applies when using Series 27WB or 1224. Reference the Series 27WB or 1224 product data sheet for additional cure information. More than one finish coat of Series 297 is required when used over Series 27WB or 1224 to achieve uniform and desired gloss level.
