Epoxoprime MVT can be applied to properly prepared, 10 day old concrete and withstands moisture vapor transmission up to 15 lbs (per ASTM F 1869) and relative humidity up to 95% (per ASTM F 2170). Epoxoprime MVT has a low perm rating (0.05 perm) and is alkaline insensitive to pH levels of 14.

Series 469 LavaCrete is a non-shrinking epoxy polymer concrete used for the rehabilitation of severely eroded concrete or for the corrosion proofing of new concrete where chemical resistance is required throughout the complete topping system. Extremely fast setting, allowing for rebuilds of process floors and secondary containment structures. Also used to cast sumps, drains and trenches and is an outstanding grouting material for vibration dampening in base plates and on motor pads. Series 469 kits are packaged for casting and standard placement of material. A grouting mix may be made by adjusting the kit for a more fluid application. Series 469 resin may also be used in broadcast, trowel and mat reinforced systems with a multitude of ancillary materials for services in chemical processing, wastewater, paper, power and other demanding industries.
Series 470 LavaCrete is a non-shrinking, chemical-resistant polymer concrete, enhanced for high impact and abrasion resistance. Use to rapidly rehabilitate severely damaged floors or protect new ones from impact and abrasion damage without sacrificing corrosion proofing. Use Series 470 to make a single pour on tipping floors, in metals, mining, and ore plants and where processing floors exhibit wear and damage from impact and abrasives that quickly deteriorate most standard toppings.
Series 479 is a non-shrinking novolac epoxy polymer concrete ideal for the rehabilitation of severely eroded concrete or for the corrosion-proofing of new concrete where superior chemical resistance is required throughout the complete topping system. Extremely fast setting, allowing for rebuilds of sumps, pump pads, trenches, process floors and secondary containment structures. Series 479 kits are packaged for casting and standard placement of material. A grouting mix may be made by adjusting the kit for a more fluid application. Series 479 resin may also be used in broadcast, trowel and mat reinforced systems with a multitude of ancillary materials for services in chemical processing, wastewater, paper, power and other demanding industries.
