Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  3. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, counseling employees, and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  4. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  5. Condut performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and career development planning.
  6. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  7. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA.
  8. Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
  9. Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  11. Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues and provide guidance and support as needed.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
  13. Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • PayCom experience or related HRIS experience preferred. 
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
