Morris brings over 33 years of expertise in the coatings industry, having held pivotal roles in technical sales, engineering sales, market segment development, product management, and account management in both domestic and global markets. He has published numerous papers in a multitude of industry publications during his career.

Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in industry organizations, including AMPP, STI/SPFA, and NASSCO. Morris is recognized as an AMPP CIP Senior Certified Coating Inspector, Certified Concrete Coatings Inspector, and previously an instructor for the concrete coatings inspector course, further enhancing his credibility and expertise.

Morris excels at fostering collaboration between technical and commercial teams, as well as engaging with end users and owners to enhance the protection of critical infrastructure assets.
