John Duke serves as Vice President of People & Operations at Tnemec, where he leads the company’s human resources strategy and operational initiatives with a focus on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and sustainable growth. Based in Kansas City, Missouri, John brings deep expertise in aligning people, processes, and systems to support Tnemec’s long-term business objectives.

John joined Tnemec in 2023 and has held progressive leadership roles overseeing human resources and operations. His background includes extensive experience in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and the implementation of HRIS platforms that strengthen operational efficiency and support a growing organization.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development and an MBA in Organizational Development from Michigan State University. John is also a Certified Executive Coach through the National Association of Business Coaches and a Certified Crisis Management Instructor through the OVC.

Born and raised in Kentucky, John applies a thoughtful, strategic approach to leadership, helping ensure Tnemec’s people and operations are positioned to support the company’s culture, performance, and future success.
