As Director of Sales - Agency Development and Industry Affairs, Randy Moore supports Tnemec agencies and staff while keeping the company informed of developments and initiatives in and around the coatings industry. As a Vice President of the AWWA Board, Randy serves on the executive committee responsible for the overall management and direction of association affairs, in addition to his ongoing work with standards committees, publications and webinars. An AWWA member since 1982, Randy is a regular creator and moderator of technical webinars and a frequent contributor to the association’s magazine for operators, Opflow. As creator and current Co-Chair of the Innovation Initiative he is nationally recognized as an innovation thought leader in the water sector. In addition to his involvement in the AWWA, Randy has served as a board member and past president of the St. Louis chapter of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI) and is a member of NACE International. Randy earned degrees in Metallurgical Engineering and Engineering Management from the University of Missouri-Rolla and an MBA from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
