Michael Caputi was the CEO of Epoxytec, prior to Tnemec's acquisition in 2021, and has been involved in coatings since 2001.  Michael was the co-chair of the NACE Section S. Florida, and holds an AMPP coating inspector title, and also a SSPC certification for concrete coating inspection.  More recently, Michael together with Epoxytec and Tnemec has been focusing his experience with trenchless technology to solve applied lining needs for collection systems to abate I/I, especially targeting manholes and lift stations.  Michael participates in Epoxytec’s technical authoring, and with committees involving coating design, rehab methods, and structural lining designs.  Michael also participates in the company’s R&D efforts as a bridge between chemists and the field.
