On May 20, 2022, Governor Kemp announced that Hyundai would construct its new electric vehicle plant, Hyundai Motor Group Meta Plant America (HMGMA), at the I-16 Mega-Site in Bryan County, GA. A 2-million-gallon composite-style tank was chosen for the lower long-term maintenance costs and overall aesthetics. As part of the project, we facilitated a competition with the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) to design a logo for the tank. This initiative not only enhanced the tank’s visual appeal but also fostered community involvement to establish a visual landmark for the region.
