An advanced technology, two-component, moisture-cured, zinc-rich primer providing extraordinary performance. It’s user friendly and rapid curing so chemical- and corrosion-resistant topcoats can be applied the “same-day.” Also used for field touch-up of inorganic zinc coating. Application methods include “dry-fall” under certain conditions (see Application).

Self-curing, corrosion-resistant steel or ductile iron primer with tenacious bonding and abrasion resistance qualities. Its galvanic action resists undercutting. Excellent stand alone performance in high temperature or long-term atmospheric exposure. Finish with specialized topcoats to improve aesthetics, increase long-term performance or protect the primer from attack in aggressive exposures.

Series 90-75 | Tneme-Zinc

Series 90-75 is a waterborne, zinc-rich epoxy that offers extended protection to steel surfaces in industrial and marine environments. This innovative coating forms a micro-porous polymer structure in the dry film improving the conductivity between the zinc particles which provides superior galvanic corrosion protection. Its ultra-low VOC formulation cures quickly and provides outstanding long-term corrosion resistance when used with other Tnemec high-performance coatings. U.S. patent pending.

A high-performance, versatile coating appropriate for a variety of uses including: Exterior Steel: Waterborne, rust-inhibitive coating with excellent adhesion to zinc-rich coatings. Used as a primer, intermediate and finish coat on tanks, vessels and other industrial and architectural metal substrates. Humid Environments: Primer/finish for two coat applications over prepared galvanized steel and zinc-rich coatings in wet, temperature-controlled exposure areas. Dry Interior Environments: One or two coat, flash-rust and corrosion resistant primer/finish for overheads. Use on prepared carbon and galvanized steel, aluminum, wood and concrete decks, beams, joists and HVAC. Note: Uni-Bond DF's "dry-fall" characteristics help reduce the potential for overspray problems on buildings and surrounding property.
