- Generic Description Modified Aromatic Polyurethane Primer
A single component, moisture-cured resin, containing a proprietary blend of micaceous iron oxide and zinc to function as a primer which is field and shop friendly. May be used in OEM manufacturing, potable water and wastewater immersion with the proper topcoats. May also be used for marginally prepared rusty steel and tightly adhering old coatings for non-immersion maintenance situations.

Series 394 | PerimePrime

- Generic Description Aromatic Polyurethane, Mio-Zinc Filled Primer
Specially formulated, one-component, moisture-cured, micaceous iron oxide and zinc-filled primer that offers superior bonding to marginally prepared rusty steel and tightly adhered old coatings. This high-performance primer is ideal for corrosion resistance with a triple barrier mechanism of zinc, mio, and urethane resin built into the dry film. It is suitable as a corrosion-resistant primer under certain fireproofing systems. Contact your Tnemec representative for specific information.

An advanced technology, two-component, moisture-cured, zinc-rich primer providing extraordinary performance. It's user friendly and rapid curing so chemical- and corrosion-resistant topcoats can be applied the "same-day." Also used for field touch-up of inorganic zinc coating. H90-97 is HAPS compliant for use in-shop.

Series 93-H2O | Hydro-Zinc MCU
- Generic Description Aromatic Urethane, Zinc-Rich
A single-component, moisture-cured, zinc-rich primer for steel structures, including the interior and exterior of steel potable water tanks. Provides outstanding long-term corrosion resistance when used as a primer in conjunction with other Tnemec potable water coatings. It cures quickly and can be topcoated the same day at surface temperatures down to 35°F (2°C). Series 93-H2O has no maximum recoat time, making it ideally suited as a primer for both sides of plate steel surfaces in water tank fabrication shops. Note: When used in conjunction with cathodic protection, anodes or impressed current systems should not provide current demand more negative than –1.05 volts relative to a copper–copper sulfate reference electrode half-cell. Formerly Series 90G-1K97.

Series 91-H2O | Hydro-Zinc MCU
