This water tank's shadow may be more important than any other tank in America. The Pennsylvania tank is adorned with the representation of Punxsutawney Phil, the legendary groundhog who's shadow can predict whether or not the country will experience six more weeks of winter weather. But, regardless of the weather, this Phil will retain his color and gloss longer due to the fact that the tank was finished using Series V700 Low VOC HydroFlon, the high-performance fluoropolymer topcoat designed specifically for water tank exteriors.
