Ultra-Tread MVT is a low odor, slurry applied, high performance moisture control base layer designed to reduce moisture vapor emissions prior to the application of non-breathing, polymer floor topping finishes. Ultra-Tread MVT is a self-priming base coat that can be applied to 10 day old concrete. It can withstand moisture vapor transmission up to 20 lbs (per ASTM F 1869) and relative humidity up to 99% (per ASTM F 2170). Note: Series N241 must be broadcast to refusal with aggregate, color quartz, or decorative flake within 15 to 20 minutes of application. Color quartz and/or decorative flake systems will require an additional broadcast layer using non-pigmented Series N222, N222FC, N224, 256, 257, or 286 to obtain a uniform appearance and texture before applying the desired clear finish coats. This will typically result in a total system thickness of approximately 1/8". Series N241 may also be used as a primer for Series N242 systems. Series N241 must be broadcast to refusal and allowed to cure a minimum of 6 hours prior to applying the N242 mortar.
Ultra-Tread V is a low-odor mortar designed for troweling vertical surfaces such as trenches and equipment pads, and for building cove base. It should be used for vertical application needs in conjunction with horizontal applications of Series N242 Ultra-Tread S or Series N244 Ultra-Tread M. Designed for use in food and beverage facilities, pharmaceutical and processing areas, commercial and restaurant kitchens or anywhere a durable floor topping is required. Provides excellent chemical resistance and withstands thermal shock due to hot liquids and aggressive cleaning procedures. Areas may be quickly returned to service within hours of installation, depending on temperature and humidity.
Ultra-Tread M is a low odor, mortar applied floor topping designed for monolithic applications in abusive service areas. It provides superior performance to other flooring systems such as acid brick, quarry tile and most polymer flooring systems. Ultra-Tread M is a self-priming mortar that can be applied to 10 day old concrete. It can withstand moisture vapor transmission up to 20 lbs (per ASTM F 1869) and relative humidity up to 99% (per ASTM F 2170).
Ultra-Tread Glaze is a pigmented, high-build, low-odor polyurethane coating. It is typically used as a topcoat for sealing or locking aggregate in Series N242 Ultra-Tread S or Series N244 Ultra-Tread M broadcast texture finishes. Series N246 is designed for use in food and beverage facilities, pharmaceutical and processing areas, commercial and restaurant kitchens, or other areas where a durable floor topping is required. It provides excellent chemical resistance and withstands thermal shock resulting from hot liquids and aggressive cleaning procedures. Areas may be returned to service within hours of installation, depending on temperature and humidity. Series N246 may also be used as a primer for Series N242 systems or as a thinner-film option when moisture vapor transmission (MVT) protection is required. Note: Series N246 must be broadcast to refusal with an approved aggregate.
Series 1402 is a food grade, vinyl ester primer for complete FDA-compliant lining systems in concrete, steel or stainless-steel tanks. Fast-cure characteristics allow for quick application of subsequent coats, limiting downtime and facility disruption. Series 1402 is the only approved primer for the ProPolymer food grade product line. Replaces ProPolymer 4808.
Series 1420 is an FDA-compliant, trowel-grade vinyl ester lining suitable for direct-food contact in tanks and vessels. Glass-flake reinforcement provides additional abrasion and permeation resistance in wet slurry or immersion service environments. Series 1420 may be used as a stand-alone lining system or with a gel coat in a multi-coat system. Replaces ProPolymer 4855T.
Series 1422 is an FDA-compliant, trowel-grade, high temperature lining suitable for tanks and vessels in food grade service environments or where high temperature conditions are required. Highly filled with glass-flake, it is specially formulated for exceptional service in thermal cycling and chemical reaction vessels. Replaces ProPolymer 4865T.
Series 1430 is an FDA-compliant, mineral flake-filled vinyl ester lining for food grade tanks, vessels and other structures. Applied by spray or roller, it can be used as either a stand-alone lining system or as a topcoat for added protection over trowel applied vinyl ester linings. Replaces ProPolymer 4813S.
Series 1432 is an FDA-compliant, vinyl ester lining for food grade tanks, vessels and other structures. Highly filled with glass flake, Series 1432 is specially formulated to provide exceptional service in thermal cycling and chemical reaction tanks and vessels. Applied by roller or spray, it may be used as a stand-alone lining system or as a topcoat for added protection over trowel applied vinyl ester linings. Replaces ProPolymer 4822S.
