Series 1407 is a specially formulated primer with flexible properties designed for use on concrete and steel substrates. Series 1407 may be used under a wide-range of Tnemec vinyl ester intermediate and finish coats with the exception of direct food contact systems. Replaces ProPolymer 4805.
This corrosion resistant resin is used as the base product for many reinforced applications due to the versatility provided from the product being supplied as “neat” or non-pigmented. A versatile selection for many secondary containments and process floors, Series 1415 is best for caustic and high-ph applications, and when used as the base material for silica-free systems. Use with specialty mortar powders, to embed glass mats, as a saturant coat or as a pigmented self-leveling finish coat. Series 1415 was formerly ProPolymer 4860.
This extremely corrosion resistant coating is used as the base product for many reinforced applications due to the versatility provided from the product being supplied as “neat” or non-pigmented. Series 1416 is the best selection for strong acid conditions and when temperatures above ambient conditions are expected. Use this product to add specialty mortar powders, to embed glass mats, as a saturant coat, or as a pigmented self-leveling finish coat. Combine with LavaCrete Part C aggregate to create an enhanced corrosion resistant polymer concrete. Series 1416 was formerly ProPolymer 4847.
Resistant to very high temperature service and extremely corrosive environments, this coating is used as the base product for many reinforced applications due to the versatility provided from the product being supplied as "neat" or non-pigmented. Series 1418 is the recommended selection for use in the most chemically demanding environments, such as, wet or dry FGD scrubbers, ductwork and slurry tanks operating in elevated temperature conditions. Use with specialty mortar powders, to embed glass mats, as a saturant coat or as a pigmented self-leveling finish coat. Series 1418 was formally ProPolymer 4847HT.
A high molecular weight (HMW), elevated temperature-service, glass-flake-filled novolac vinyl ester lining. Can be used as a gel coat, as a stand-alone liner or as part of a full vinyl ester system. Commonly used in high temperature filtration units, bag houses, exhaust and duct work, and as a primary lining for wet chemical services. Formerly ProPolymer 4834S.
A high-build, novolac vinyl ester, glass-flake filled lining with an enhanced elevated temperature resistance in dry and wet corrosive environments. Series 1438 is ideal for use in flue gas desulfurization (FGD) units, hot duct work, and wet and dry absorbers. Also an outstanding primary lining for many challenging chemical immersion services. Formerly ProPolymer 4844S.
An elevated temperature service, high-build novolac vinyl ester, with a proprietary blend of abrasion resistant powders and ceramics. Series 1439 is ideal for use in high wear, high air velocity with heavy particulate suspension and on impingement areas. Series 1439 is an outstanding selection for use in abrasive slurry lining services. Formerly ProPolymer 4844SAR.
A high-build, vinyl ester lining with corrosion resistant graphite and other specialty fillers to create a low surface energy film imparting a high degree contact angle resulting in improved non-stick characteristics. Use this enhanced, silica-free material in prevention of process material build-up such as fly ash, caking by-products and slurry deposits. Save time and costs with the improved cleaning properties of this coating versus other non-release type linings. An ideal finish coat for hot caustic and non-silica preferred lining applications such as hydrofluoric acid.
A high-build, vinyl ester lining with corrosion resistant graphite fillers. Use where silica free coatings perform best, such as high alkali environments, spent bleach solutions and hydrofluoric and fluosilicic acids, in elevated temperature conditions for both dry, fume and wet services. The graphite also provides good electrical conductivity and is a high wear finish.
