As a second generation Tnemec coatings consultant, Joshua Otten started his own journey with Tnemec at Taylor Coatings Sales, Inc. in 2023. Before Tnemec and after graduating high school in Illinois, Joshua took on the U.S. Marine Corps as a Mortarman for two years. Afterward, Joshua traveled for work as a crew lead, working on various turbine projects for airway services. Joshua is currently a member of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) and is excited to focus his career on a new kind of job site: manhole rehabilitation, working closely with Epoxytec and Tnemec's Perma-Shield line of coatings.
