Tug has 13 years of experience in construction-related sales including working as a market segment manager for another coatings manufacturer.  Tug also spent 4 years in waterproofing and sealant distribution as a marketing director. He graduated from New Mexico State University with a BBA in Finance and also from Arizona State University with an MBA.
