When asked what separates Redox Coating Consultants from its competitors, Suzanne sums up the difference with one word: “service.” As the agency’s first point of contact for incoming calls, Suzanne makes sure every customer receives the VIP treatment, whether they’re placing an order or only requesting information. Suzanne picked up her knack for customer service working with a grocery chain for 10 years, where she held several positions including Assistant Office Manager. Suzanne attended Columbus State Community College and Ohio Mount Carmel College of Nursing after she graduated from high school. Outside of the office, Suzanne’s life is very active with a son and two daughters. In any spare time, she is active in church and enjoys cooking, baking, bargain hunting at thrift stores and outdoor activities.
