With 30 years of experience with Tnemec, Tom’s practical experience and technical know-how have earned him the trust and respect of architects, engineers, contractors and owners across central and eastern Tennessee and northern Alabama. As a former regional sales manager for Tnemec, Tom gained excellent customer service skills, along with in-depth knowledge of key markets and product performance. His primary emphasis today is on coating systems for ground storage and elevated water tanks, water and wastewater treatment facilities, industrial manufacturing and other structures not associated with the architectural market. In addition to being a NACE Certified Coating Inspector, Tom has been a member of the Society of Protective Coatings (SSPC) and the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) for more than 25 years. He also belongs to the Tennessee Association of Utility Districts, which serves more than 500 utilities and businesses and impacts more than 1.7 million residents. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business with minors in Chemistry and Biology at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
