A dynamic professional in the coatings industry, Ashleyann brings over a decade of construction sales experience to her role as a Coatings Consultant specializing in flooring at Tnemec Inc.

Ashleyann holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Biola University.  Before joining Tnemec Inc., Ashleyann distinguished herself as a Territory Sales Manager at Dur-A-Flex, a Sherwin-Williams Company subsidiary, where she showcased her exceptional leadership and strategic prowess. Prior to that, she made significant contributions at Parex, a Sika Company, delving into facades and architectural coatings, further solidifying her reputation as a trusted industry expert.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ashleyann is also deeply involved in the construction industry as the Vice President of LACSI, a Construction Specification Association.

A resident of Yorba Linda, CA, she's the ringleader of a spirited crew consisting of her husband, Braden, and their three soccer-loving sons: Eric, Ben, and Matthew.
