Experience working in retail and food service provided Linda with a deep appreciation for the old adage “the customer is always right.” Customer service remains paramount in her day-to-day activities, which range from greeting customers on the phone to entering and tracking orders, answering product-related questions and helping other staff members with submittal packages and specifications. Linda joined the agency in 1999 when it was known as Design Coatings. The Pennsylvania native earned her associate’s degree in Accounting from Beaver County Community College in Monaca, Penn. In her leisure time, she enjoys photography, sewing, crafts, attending sporting events and camping.
