Melissa Cleem has worked in Customer Service throughout her long career, which helped to prepare her for her role as Inside Sales and Project Tracking Coordinator, where she uses her background and her ever-growing coatings industry knowledge to assist the many customers at Midwest Coating Consultants. As part of the Midwest team, she prides herself in knowing that each and every customer is satisfied with their Tnemec experience and she is consistent in leaving her agency’s personal touch on every order. When she isn’t helping her customers, Melissa stays busy with her two children. She is an active leader in Scouts BSA with her children's scout troops and enjoys the many destinations they get to camp at throughout the year. Melissa was born and raised in the Kansas City area and attended Maple Woods College.
