For more than four decades, Donald has been professionalism personified as the protective coating and resinous flooring authority serving the Northeast construction and design community. He joined Tnemec in 1974, working as a northeast regional sales manager before taking over the reins of The Righter Group. Prior to joining Tnemec, he worked in the coatings group of Koppers Organic Materials Division. His experience has helped him gain broad technical knowledge of reinforced resin wall and flooring systems for the bio-pharmaceutical industry, and protective coatings for water and wastewater infrastructure. He also offers special expertise in building envelope detail and concrete placement and restoration. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Grove City College in Pennsylvania and has completed NACE International’s Liberty Bell Corrosion Course and Pulp & Paper Course. He is also a member of The Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC).
