Marketing Content Coordinator

General Description:

The Marketing Content Coordinator is a key position created to help expand Tnemec’s current Marketing Team. Primary responsibilities would focus on the creation of digital content for new and existing marketing campaigns including email, blog posts and social content while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with Tnemec’s company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with various marketing functions, including communication, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The Content Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

What You’ll Do:

The essential duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the content team with the development and execution of campaigns
  • Create copy for social media posts, blog posts and email campaigns
  • Assist with editing and proofreading all marketing collateral
  • Research and stay up to date on industry trends
  • Manage content library for sales representatives including but not limited to case studies, project profiles, product and continuing education presentations and monthly webinars
  • Coordinate professional photography for future content needs
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively while taking direction from others

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal, as well as strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite programs, Sales Force and Pardot are a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, inside sales and technical services to accomplish objectives
  • Demonstrates strong writing and editing skills (examples of work strongly suggested)
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at a time and meet hard deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, journalism, communications, marketing, or related program or have equivalent work experience.
  • Three plus years of experience is preferred.
  • Limited North American travel (up to 10%).

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
